Fermented and matured in new French oak barrels for 3 months.
 
It has a clear, bright yellow color. This wine has aromas of lemon, green apple, and sage . These flavors are more pronounced on the palate, a full texture with mineral notes on the mid palate with a fully round finish. Recommended with fish, shellfish, and poultry.
